Our 2024 Holy Ghost Feast Queen

Chloe is the daughter of Ray & Tracy Manlansing. She is a sophomore this year at Maui High School. Chloe is currently the Vice President of her class, volunteers at the hospital, is an active member of the parish’s youth group and lectors at the 5pm mass on Saturday. She is very humbled and blessed to be chosen as the 2024 Feast Queen and looks forward to continuing her efforts in servicing the church and her community. At the Feast dinner they did a beautiful hula to the song “Nani Ahiahi”.

Calendar of Events:

Month of May - Scrip sales after mass on the weekends. Scrips are sold in increment of $10.00. Credit card, cash(exact change preferred) or checks make to Kula Catholic Community are accepted

Donations:

  • Small Goods Auction- If you, a family member, or friends own a business and can donate a new item for the auction, please call the office and leave a message for Mary Jean or Donna. In years past, items donated included hotel stays, recreation activities, restaurants, handmade items to name few.

  • Livestock Auction - Do you have cattle, goats, pigs, rabbits, pigeons, baby ducks, sheep to donate to this auction. Contact Leina at (808) 281-7331

Volunteers:

  • Scrip Booth- Volunteers needed to work in the 2 scrip booths and the Finance booth. Job entails handling the sale of scrip for purchase and counting scrip received from each concession booth. There will be a training session prior to the feast. Please call the office (808) 878-1261 if you are interested

  • Booth Volunteers- If you haven’t volunteered yet, we can use your help. Please call the office (808) 878-1261 We are looking for volunteers for a variety of booths, assist in Auction and other jobs.

  • Portuguese Soup Help: Cabbage cutters for this booth are needed on Wednesday, May 8th, 9am at HG Hall. Bring your own cutting board and knife. Your help will be greatly appreciated

  • Do you have cut flowers or peaches?: If you have cut flowers for arrangements, please let Mark and Jean Andrews know.
